Podiatrist, Samantha Byrne
Samantha is the founder and Senior Podiatrist at Richmond Podiatry and a Richmond local.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry in 1998 (nee. Hughes). Samantha has worked as a Podiatrist for over 15 years, taking a break to complete a Masters in Business Administration and to raise her 3 children. Samantha has practiced Podiatry in both Australia and the UK. She worked as a Podiatrist in the Paralympic Village of the Sydney Olympic games in 2000 and with members of the Australian Ballet Company and School. Samantha is experienced in all areas of Podiatry with a special interest in Biomechanics and Paediatrics. She is also the trainer for her son’s Under 10 AFL team!
Jhin Yiin Lim
Jhin graduated in 2018 from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master in Podiatry Practice. Since then she has been in private practice, enjoying all aspects of podiatry with a keen interest in dealing with ingrown toenails and diabetic foot management. Taking great care to understand the person she is seeing, she believes in treating the patient and not just the foot – thus employing a wholistic approach to her care.
Outside of podiatry, you can find Jhin spending her time playing computer games, various arts and crafts as well as traveling – whether domestically or internationally! Like most Melbournians, she also enjoys a good cup of coffee and a delicious brunch outing with friends!
