The North Balwyn 48 tram and the East Burwood 75 tram stop outside the Epworth Hospital (Bridge Road entrance) at tram stop number 15.
By train, the closest station to Epworth Richmond is West Richmond Station which is on the South Morang and Hurstbridge lines. Richmond Station which is located on Swan Street is also close to the hospital and is approximately a 15 minutes walk from Epworth Richmond.
